Consulting by Jetta LLC is a woman owned business that assists private businesses and non-profit organizations with their professional and organizational needs. Over the past ten years, I have successfully won over $350,000 grants for nonprofits, and write professionally for groups in the United States, Canada, and Ethiopia. So far in 2025, I have submitted grants totaling more than $2.8 Million for my clients – a combination of proposals to local and state governments, private foundations, and a European funder.
I assist groups with writing funding proposals and grant applications, and I provide strategic planning services, executive coaching for nonprofit leaders, needs assessments for agencies, and grant-funded project management. I help prospective nonprofit leaders complete the 501c3 incorporation process (both federal and State of Minnesota steps) and enjoy creating fundraising plans for nonprofit leaders that spark my passion.
Finally, I specialize in Community Outreach & Engagement in diverse communities. My team has cultural-fluidity in the Oromo, African American, Hmong, Native American, Somali, and multiple Spanish-speaking communities.
